Terms of Service
Draft Terms of Service for MCP Cloud. Not yet in effect.
1. Who we are#
MCP Cloud is operated by [operator name to be confirmed] ("we", "us"). Contact details will be published here before these terms take effect.
2. What these terms cover#
These terms will cover your use of MCP Cloud, the hosted service that runs MCP servers generated from OpenAPI specifications. They do not cover the open-source openapi-mcp-generator CLI and library, which are licensed separately under the MIT License.
3. Beta service#
MCP Cloud is in private beta. Features, limits and pricing may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Do not rely on it for critical workloads during the beta.
4. Your account#
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys and credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Your content and APIs#
You keep all rights to your OpenAPI specifications, generated code and API data. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service for you. You confirm that you are allowed to connect the APIs you configure and to share any credentials you provide.
6. Acceptable use#
Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Plans, limits and billing#
Plans have hard limits by default. We will not bill overages without your opt-in. Paid plan terms, including billing and refunds, will be set out here before paid plans launch.
8. Ending the service#
You may stop using the service at any time and export your generated code. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability#
Placeholder. Warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability will be added after legal review.
10. Governing law#
Placeholder. Not yet determined.
11. Changes#
